摘要
文化与社会行为相互参照。通过我国社会工作者的流失性行动.可反映出已有社会工作文化的境遇与悖论。既有的社会工作文化承诺,完美而理想,崇高而正道,但定位却过于人文化和优雅化,宏大却难以实现,必定遭到宏观社会境遇和微观个人境遇的挑战,也会出现理想与现实、付出与收益、专业与职业、帮助与受助以及社会工作服务目标选择的悖论。对社会工作文化再造需要扣紧本土现实和主体需求,聚焦合理性与合情性,依托政策化和组织建设,这是解决我国社工人员流失问题的有效途径。文化解释学提供了深描社会工作文化的新视角。
Culture and social actions are cross-referential.The loss of social workers in our country could reflect the situation and problems of existing social work culture.The existing social work culture promises perfect,ideal and noble development of social work,but it is too humanistic,elegant and grand to be fulfilled and is sure to encounter social and individual challenges.It might as well give rise to conflicts between the ideal and the reality,efforts and rewards,specialty and profession,service and being served as well as between different of social work target choices.Reconstruction of social work culture makes is necessary to closely follow local realities and demands,focus on rationality and practicality and depend on policy making and organization building,which constitute an effective solution to the loss of social workers.Cultural hermeneutics provides a new perspective for detailed description of social work culture.
