摘要
基于华北电力大学2012年《我国城乡老年人生活及养老服务需求》调查数据,发现贫困老年人的身体健康状况要明显比总体老年人和非贫困老年人差,医疗卫生服务利用率也更低,医疗卫生服务利用率指标之一的是否去医院就诊显著影响老年人身体健康状况。此外,老年人受教育程度、与主要赡养人的关系和帮助者的社会经济地位也对贫困老年人的身体健康有着显著影响。消减贫困、加强农村医疗卫生保障、联动发展社会支持网络,是改善贫困老年人身体健康状况的路径和措施。
Based on the data of 'The Demand for Life and Retirement Service of Urban and Rural Elderly People in China' collected by North China Electric Power University in 2012,it is found that the bad-off elderly are in a health status worse than that of the general elderly and the well-off elderly,and the rate of their medical service utilization is also lower than that of the general elderly and the well-off elderly.One of the indicators of medical service utilization rate is whether to go to the hospital,which significantly influences the elderly's health status.In addition,the elderly's education level,the relationship with those who support them and the supporter's social economic status also have a significant impact on the bad-off elderly's health.Reducing poverty,strengthening the rural medical security and building social support network are the measures for improving the health status of the bad-off elderly.
