功利主义折射出的中国社会工作伦理本土化

On Localization of Social Work Ethic in China as Reflected by Utilitarianism

功利主义(utilitarianism)是政治哲学、道德、伦理学层面的范畴,同时也是社会福利思想范畴,在抨击和批判中成长,并对整个社会影响深刻。社会工作伦理是基于价值观、道德标准和伦理学而提炼出来的有关社会工作的专业伦理,并指导社会工作服务。通过对两者的比较分析发现,两者的思想基础和在实践中的应用都具有诸多交叉之处。功利主义的诞生比专业社会工作伦理要早得多,且影响大、基础厚,又基于两者的理论交叉,研究认为功利主义能够为我国社会工作伦理本土化提供发展思路和参考方向。

Utilitarianism is a topic in political philosophy,morality and ethics.It is also discussed in social welfare theories,developing under constant attack and criticism and exerting a great social influence.Social work ethic comes as a professional ethic derived from values,moral standards and ethics and guiding the social work service.A comparison between utilitarianism and social work ethic reveals their similarities in both theoretical basis and practical application.Utilitarianism came into being far earlier than social work ethic,therefore more influential and deeper-rooted,and can provide reference for the localization of social work ethic in this country.
