摘要
社会组织党建工作根源于强制性制度与模仿性趋同,是一种制度性安排。党建工作的成效受制于制度空间维度的大小,包括组织内部的能动效能与组织外部的制度塑造范围。创新社会组织党建工作应当坚持互惠共进的原则,以党委政府作为主导并鼓励多样性的存在,通过拓展制度空间维度来形成多元化的党建工作模式。
Party building in social organizations,as an institutional arrangement,is based on mandatory policy and imitative conformity.The effectiveness of Party building work depends on the dimension of institutional space,including the organization-internal dynamic performance and organization-external institutional influence.Innovation of Party building in social organizations should adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and common progress,with the Party committee and government playing a leading role and diversity being encouraged,so that a multi-form Party building mode can be developed by expanding the dimension of institutional space.
