社会工作专业“541”实践教学体系构建探索——以东北石油大学为例

Constructing the “541” Practice Teaching System of Social Work Specialty:Taking Northeast Petroleum University as an Example

构建社会工作专业实践教学体系是开展社会工作专业教育,培养社会工作专业人才的需要。东北石油大学社会工作专业在多年的理论教学和实践教学基础上,积极开展社会工作专业实践教学改革,结合学校实际情况,探索构建了基于"5"个实践教学环节和"4"个实践教学模块的"1"套社会工作实践教学新体系,并提出加强专业实验室的建设与管理、拓展新的实践教学基地、完善实践教学内容体系、提高实习指导教师实务水平等完善对策。

Social work specialty education and social work professionals' training demand a practice teaching system.On the basis of many years of theoretical and practical teaching,Northeast Petroleum University has been actively reforming social work practice teaching and,in accordance with the its actual situation,established 'one' new pattern of social work practice teaching system with 'five' links and 'four' modules.It has also put forward some measures for strengthening the lab building and management,developing new practice teaching bases,improving practice teaching content system,and enhancing the instructors' practical capability
