摘要
本文以活塞—缸套这对摩擦副为研究对象,建立了活塞裙部混合润滑的数学模型。该模型考虑了活塞二阶运动、润滑表面粗糙度等因素对润滑的影响,结合运动方程和平均雷诺方程,可以计算表征活塞与缸套间润滑性能的包括摩擦力及摩擦功耗在内的各参数在各曲柄转角下的值,比较全面地反映了活塞裙部的润滑状态。基于数学模型,编制了FORTRAN程序,并进行了算例计算。
In this thesis, a mathematical model for the piston skirt in mixed lubrication was established by studying the pair friction of the piston skirt and cylinder. It considered the effects of surface roughness and secondary motion of piston skirt on lubrication. Based on the equation of motion and the Average Reynolds Equation, the parameters, such as the friction force, friction loss and so on, that reflect lubrication status, could be calculated as functions of crack angle under engine running conditions. Then, a corresponding computer program was developed by FORTRAN language, with which an example computation was carried on.
