摘要
本文针对双联行星齿轮箱传动机构存在的问题,进行了相关研究。通过起货放货的受力分析,进行了相关计算,调整双联行星齿轮的相对位置,进行传动机构的重新组装。经过有关参数的校核和实际应用,证明改装后齿轮运转平稳顺畅,满足要求。
In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of dual planet gear transmission mechanism, has carried on the related research. Stress analysis of the Crane put goods, has carried on the related calculation. By adjusting the relative location of double planetary gear, then assemble transmission mechanism. After checking the related parameters, that the design of gear machining fully meet the classification requirements.
