摘要
领导者继任规划是指企业为高层职务进行规划和充实任职人员的过程。通过对国内外领导者继任规划研究的综述,提出了对国内领导者继任规划研究和个人职业生涯规划的启示。
Leader succession planning refers to process of planning and enriching serving people. Through reviewing leader succession planning research at home and abroad, the author put forward research of domestic leader succession planning and inspiration of personal career planning.
