摘要
减压水阀是采煤机乳化液泵站系统中的一个液压元件,一般在井下使用。整个系统在运行过程中故障率很高,维修时会受到维修工具及空间狭小等因素的影响,拆卸非常不方便,所以对该元件的使用寿命和可靠性要求很高。为了达到这一目的,笔者对减压水阀的各种故障进行了详细的统计分析,针对这些问题对减压水阀提出了质量改进和优化设计。
Decompression water valve is one of the emulsion pump station system of shearer hydraulic components, commonly used in underground. In the process of running, entire system failure rate is very high, when maintenance tools and the space is narrow, the influence of such factors as disassembly is very inconvenient. So, requirements of the service life of the components and high requirement of reliability is very strict. In order to achieve this goal, the author made a detailed statistics of various fault and pressure relief valves. Aiming at these problems, the author improved and optimized decompression water valve.
