燃煤电厂输煤系统除尘改造与研究 被引量:4

摘要 论述了输煤系统的粉尘产生机理,输煤皮带机除尘器改造的技术要点。经对多家燃煤电厂的考察,结合本单位现场改造实际,研究分析了输煤皮带机除尘器改造经验,总结提炼出了"动压回收理论",并依据该理论设计了输煤皮带机除尘系统,安装了除尘器、导料槽,加装了均压装置、侧密封板等部件,使改造后室内粉尘及大气排放含尘指标符合国家相关标准。 The paper was expounded the mechanism of dust of a coal conveying system, the main technical points of the coal conveying belt machine filter transformation. Based on coal-fired power plant and a number of investigations, combining the reality of scene reconstruction, the paper was analyzed experiences of the coal conveying belt cleaner transformation,summarized the"theory of dynamic pressure recovery", and designed coal dust removal system of belt conveyor based on the theory. The dust catcher and feed trough were installed. Equalizing device and lateral sealing plate were added, which make indoor dust and after discharge atmospheric dust indicator, etc meet the relevant state standard.
