摘要
基于射吸式气体割炬易造成回火的状况,为了减小操作过程中的不利因素,研制了一种射吸式液体燃料割炬。通过介绍该类割炬关键部件射流泵的工作原理,分析了工作性能影响因素,包括设计参数、装配质量和操作方法等,最终得到最佳设计参数及操作方法,以提高工作效率及生产过程的安全性。
Based on condition of easy tempering of efflux function of injection-type liquid fuel, the authors has developed a kind of shoot cutting torch suction liquid fuel in order to reduce the adverse factors in the process of operation. By introducing the cutting torch key components of jet pump working principle, the authors analyzed the performance influence factors,including design parameters, assembly quality and operation methods. Finally, the authors obtained the best design parameter and operation method in order to improve the work efficiency and the safety in production process.
