摘要
在生物正交反应中,叠氮化物和膦所进行的施陶丁格连接反应在各种复杂的生物系统中扮演着重要的角色,如施陶丁格连接已被用于聚糖、脂类、DNA和蛋白质的标记。此外,施陶丁格连接也作为一种合成方法用于构造糖肽类、微阵型和功能性的生物大分子。在生物正交的新兴领域中,各种最新的技术通常与施陶丁格连接树立的高标准进行比较。综述并总结了目前施陶丁格连接的发展和在生物标记领域中的应用趋势。
In bio-orthogonal reaction, the azide and the phosphine functions has resulted in the Staudinger ligation playing an important role in a variety of complex biological systems. For instance, the Staudinger ligation has been used for labeling glycans, lipids, DNA, and proteins. Moreover, the Staudinger ligation method is used to construct glycopeptides, microarrays, and functional biopoly- reefs. In the emerging field of bio-orthogonal, the Staudinger ligation has set a high standard to which most of the new techniques are often compared. This review summarizes recent developments of the Staudinger ligation and its application trends in the field of biological labeling.
