摘要
AP1000主泵电机内部,冷却剂从转子和定子之间的间隙流过。技转中处理水对转子的作用.与通用的等效质量和等效刚度的简化方法相差很大。本文分析了间隙环流效应的机理.验证了技转中等效质量和等效刚度的计算公式,用CFD数值方法验证公式中非时变项的正确性。从而验证了AP1000主泵的间隙环流效应模拟的正确性。
For AP1000 RCP coolant flows through the annulus between stator and rotor in the motor. It is different to simplify the effects of water to rotor between method used in technique transfer and method in normal equivalent. In this paper the mechanism of the effects of annulus is analyzed. The formulas of equivalent mass and equivalent stiffness are derived. Also, CFD numerical method is used to verify the autonomous part in AP1000 RCP annulus effect formula.
