强心汤治疗慢性心衰初探

Observing the effect of Qiangxin Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的观察强心汤联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭对中、西医临床疗效及患者生活质量的影响。方法 40例慢性心力衰竭的患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组根据病情给予西医常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服自拟强心汤,疗程为14 d,观察治疗后临床疗效,以及治疗前后中医疗效量表及明尼苏达生活量表的比较。结果治疗组与对照组比较,患者临床疗效及生活质量均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强心汤能明显提高临床疗效,改善慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效及生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Qiangxin Decoction Combined with western clinical medicine on chronic heart failure of effectiveness of TCM and Western medicine, clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients. Methods 40 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group . The control group under the condition were treated on western medicine therapy, the treatment group based on the control group were treated on the Qiangxin Decoction,14 days for a course, the clinical effects were observed after treatment, and treatment of TCM efficacy scale and Minnesota life scale comparison.Results In the treatment group compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients were improved, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qiangxin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the clinical curative effect of TCM in patients with chronic heart failure, clinical curative effect and the quality of life of patients, and has good application prospects.
