某院3860张麻醉处方使用情况分析

Analysis of 3860 narcotic prescriptions in a hospital

目的统计分析医院麻醉药品的使用情况,防止药物的滥用,为医院合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取2O12年麻醉处方3 860张,用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)等方法进行数据统计与分析。结果在DDDs排名中,瑞芬太尼注射液、0.5 mg芬太尼注射液和哌替啶注射液居前三位,药物利用指数(DUI)基本符合要求(DUI≤1)。结论麻醉药品使用情况基本合理,但仍有提升空间,有待进一步强化用药的合理性,安全性和有效性。

Objective Through the analysis of the use of narcotic drugs to prevent drug abuse and providing the basis for rational drug use in hospital. Methods 3 860 prescription,were randomly selected from the a hospital on narcotic in 2012, limit the daily doses（DDD）, frequency of medication（DDDs）, drug utilization index（DUI）methods such as statistical data and analysis. Results In the DDDs rankings,remifentanil, fentanyl injection and injection of 0.5mg pethidine request（DUI ≤ 1）.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically rational, but itstillshould beimprovedd, in order to supply safety and effectiveness drug.
