益肺润肠方治疗老年功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of senile functional constipation with Yi Fei Runchang Fang

目的：观察益肺润肠方治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2013年1月间收治的功能性便秘患者120例，随机分为试验组和对照组各60例，试验组采用益肺润肠方治疗，对照组采用麻仁蜜丸口服治疗，观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为98.3%（59/60），对照组总有效率为81.7%（49/60），两组比较，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论益肺润肠方治疗老年功能性便秘临床疗效好，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe on the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation（FC）with Yi Fei Runchang Fang. Methods 120 cases of patients with FC were collected from January 2011 to January 2013,then they were divided into two groups .60 cases were in the treated group, and 60 cases were in the control group. The treated group was given Yi Fei Runchang Fang,while the control group was given the Maren pills. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treated group was 98.3%（59/60）, while the the control group was 81.7%（49/60）. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yi Fei Runchang Fang was worth to using in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation.
