CT引导下穿刺切割活检术的护理体会

The working experience of nursing for CT-guided needle biopsy

目的探讨注重术前准备、术中配合、术后护理对CT引导下穿刺切割活检术的意义。方法总结173例患者在CT引导下行穿刺术的护理及体会,分析其术前准备、术中配合、术后护理的护理要点及其与顺利成功完成穿刺的相关性。结果本组173例患者,穿刺肺肿物137例,胸膜6例,纵隔3例,肝脏15例,肾脏3例,腹部6例,颈部2例,背部1例。其中仅1例发生轻度咯血,5例发生轻度气胸,余均无并发症发生。结论 CT引导下穿刺切割活检术是一项先进的技术,操作简便、安全,定位准确,术前做好细致的准备工作和有效的心理护理,术中、术后给予密切的配合和严密的观察等,是保证穿刺能顺利、成功完成,预防和减少并发症发生的一个重要环节。

Objective To discuss the significance of emphasizing preoperative preparation, intraoperative matching and postoperative care for CT- guided needle biopsy. Methods we summarized the attending experience of the 173 patients received CT-guided needle biopsy, and analyzed the main points about preoperative preparation, intraoperative matching and postoperative care as well as the close relationship between a successful biosy and them. Results 173 cases were involved. Sites of paracentesis were as follows： poumon 137cases, pleura 6 eases, interpleural space 3, liverl5, kidney3, abdominal part6, cervical part 2, and back 1 case. Among these ,only one ease suffered minor emptysis, 5 cases had minor pneumothorax, and the others had no complications. Conclusions CT-guided needle biopsy was an advanced technology that is secure, accurate locating and easy to operate. Exquisite preoperative preparation and effectual psychological nursing were vary important to this operation, and intraoperative matching and postoperative care also played a vital pole. Only in this way can we have a successful biosy, and have less even no complications.
