Philosophical Sense of Traditional Ancient Chinese Building in Creating Spaces of Building Group

中国传统古建筑以单体组成群组,群体空间的平面图形特征表现为虚实相生,内外相融的特点,立体形态则如行云流水,无为而自然。按照"天人合一"、"礼乐"复合、"仁义"相携的哲学思想构建的古建筑群体空间,反映了以"人"为本、贵和尚中、自然无为的哲学意境。

The Group of Chinese ancient building is constructed by some construction units. The characteristics of those spaces in plan show mutualism of blankness and fullness,and internal and external integration. The three-dimensional forms flow freely like cloud and river and natural nonaction. The essence of ancient building groups in space construction is＂people oriented＂,harmony and advocating moderation,natural nonaction. Spaces express the philosophy conception of＂harmony between man and nature＂,＂compositing of rites and music＂and＂caring kindheartedness and justice＂.
