摘要
对苏南、苏中、苏北36家果蔬花卉生产企业现场调研和问卷调查可知,企业对中职果蔬花卉生产技术专业毕业生的数量需求、性别需求、职业岗位需求、综合素质和职业能力需求、满意度评价等均有不同结果。分析数据得出结论:江苏省中等职业学校果蔬花卉生产技术专业人才培养必须进一步明确人才培养目标、实行"2.5+0.5"人才培养模式、优化课程结构等,方能取得良好效果。
Through site investigation and questionnaire survey, this essay carries out theinvestigation among 36 production enterprises in the south, central and north of Jiangsu province,involving the demand for quantity, gender, posts, comprehensive quality, professional ability andsatisfaction evaluation of secondary vocational school graduates in production technology of fruit,vegetables and flowers specialty. According to the results of the survey and data analysis, somefeasible suggestions on personnel training are put forward.
