特种聚乙烯/高强涤纶包芯纱的制备

摘要 特斯林是一种类似于电线的复合纱线,在装饰业得到了越来越多的关注,如何对目前已有的特斯林产品进行改进,拓展其领域是一个值得研究的课题。聚乙稀作为世界产量最大的热塑性树脂,耐寒性好,对环境的友好性使其逐渐被应用于更多的领域。利用共混的方法降低高密度聚乙烯的黏度,使其能够挤出并均匀包覆在高强涤纶长丝外围,并利用挤出畸变制成特种复合纱线。结果发现:螺杆转速(频率)提高5Hz,熔体表面凹凸间隔增加10-20组/10cm;温度上升20℃,凹凸面相对高度下降1.5mm;N,N‘-乙撑双霹明旨酰胺的使用能够有效改善复合纱线表面的光滑程度。 Key Laboratry for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials, Shanghai 201620, China) Abstract: Textilene is a kind of composite yarn similar to the wire, which has been growing in decorative industry. How to improve the production of Textilene and expand its application is a task of high commercial interest. Polyethylene as the largest output of thermoplastic resin is gradually being applied to more fields for its good cold resistance and environmentally friendly. In this thesis low viscosity high density polyethylene blends were prepared under certain conditions, which are used as coated yarn. Meanwhile, extrusion distortion was used to prepare the special cover layer. Some regulations were found in this experiment, such as the screw speed increased 5 Hz while melt surface unevenness increased 10-20 groups/10 cm; relative height convex surface down 1.5 mm as the temperature increased 20 ℃, N,N-ethylenebis(stearamide) can be used to improve the surface smoothness.
