摘要
国界谈判划界是一项复杂而艰巨的任务,事关国家主权及边境的安全、稳定和发展。本文基于谈判划界工作的特殊业务流程,结合工程实践,开展划界决策支持系统建模研究,初步建立了划界数据模型、划界过程模型、划界计算模型和交互式架构模型等系列模型,以此构建的谈判划界决策支持系统,为国界划界提供了有力的技术手段。
The negotiation and delimitation of state boundary is a complicated and challenging task,that is related to national sovereignty, border region security as well as stability and development. For the delimitation of special business process, the research of DSS modeling for the negotiation and delimitation of state boundary was discussed, including data model, process model, computing model and interaction model, etc. The DSS for the negotiation and delimitation of state boundary has been built and now was in operational use.
