摘要
设定光周期为20℃、16h,暗周期为15℃、8h,在人工气候箱中对青海云杉不同浓度根际土壤与凋落物浸提液对其种子萌发的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:青海云杉凋落物与根际土壤浸提液对其种子萌发存在自毒作用。当凋落物浸提液浓度达到1∶3时,对种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数的抑制作用达到极显著(P<0.01),抑制率分别为58.10%、57.76%和68.67%;当根际土壤浸提液浓度达到1∶3和1∶6时,对种子发芽势和发芽率的抑制作用达到极显著(P<0.01),根际土壤浸提液浓度对发芽指数的影响不显著。实验还表明,在低浓度1∶12时,青海云杉凋落物浸提液对其种子的发芽率和发芽势表现出一定的促进作用。
To study the effect of autotoxicity of extract liquid from Picea crassifolia litter and hizosphere soil on seed germination, photoperiod is 16h at 20℃ and dark cycle 8h at 15 ℃, with different concentrations of extract liquid applied. The results indicated that the extract liquids from the litter or the hizosphere soil of Picea Crassifolia had autotoxicity on seed germination. Germination inability, germination ratio and germination index were significantly inhibited( P 〈 0. 01), and the inhibition rate was 58. 10%, 57.76% and 68.67% respectively when the concentration of litter extract liquid was 1.3. Germination ratio and Germination inability were markedly inhibited( P 〈 0. 01) when the extract liquid concentration of hizosphere soil was 1 : 3 and 1 : 6. No significant effect occurred to germination index. Experiment also showed that germination ratio and germination inability was improved when lower concentration of extract liquid at 1 : 12
