摘要
以土地利用现状分类标准(GB/T 21010-2007)为平台,以2009年陕西省森林资源连续清查数据为基础,计算当下的森林覆盖率为41.42%;现在的有林地未来也应该是有林地,现在的"人工造林未成林地、封育未成林地、采伐迹地、火烧迹地、其它无立木林地、宜林荒山荒地、宜林沙荒地、其它宜林地"有可能部分或全部成为未来的有林地。陕西未来可能实现的森林覆盖率为53%左右。
Based on the current land use classification standard （GB/T 21010--2007）, and continuous forest inventory in 2009 of Shaanxi province, the forest coverage rate is calculated as 41.42%. the current land for forestation, however, will eventually be the forest in the future. The newly plantation, new land enclosed for regeneration, felling site, burned forest, forest land without reaching up to middle--class, barren land suitable for forestation, desert suitable for forestation, and other land suitable for forestation would become the real forest land. The future forest coverage of Shaanxi will be 53 %.
