摘要
中药是我国古代各族人民长期劳动和智慧的结晶,是中华民族优秀文化遗产中的瑰宝。中药能否走出国门,占领欧美及至国际传统药品市场,关系到我国中药产业的兴衰。因此我国加入WTO后中药知识产权保护的问题已经迫在眉睫,本文根据我国的保护现状提出了相应的保护对策。
Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure of the Chinese nationality, the crystallization of Chinese people. Chinese traditional medicine, however, is confronted with difficulty of being prosperous in the international market. Intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine is a matter of great urgency. Protection measures concerned were put forward.
