通过对HXD3型机车主变流器产生二次过流故障的原因分析并制定改进措施,彻底消除了既有机车重复发生二次过流故障的质量隐患。
The improvement measures were adopted through the reason analysis of secondary over-current to converter of HXD3 electric locomotive. As a result, the hidden peril in quality is eliminated.
