摘要
本试验旨在研究锰对5~16周龄五龙鹅血清生化指标、组织锰沉积量、抗氧化能力及胫骨发育的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中锰的适宜添加水平。试验选用5周龄体重相近的五龙鹅360只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只(公母各占1/2)。各组分别在基础饲粮(锰含量为20.00 mg/kg)中添加0(Ⅰ组)、30(Ⅱ组)、60(Ⅲ组)、90(Ⅳ组)、120(Ⅴ组)、150 mg/kg (Ⅵ组)的锰。试验期12周。结果表明:1)各组血清碱性磷酸酶活性及甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量差异不显著( P>0.05)。2)Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清、心脏、肝脏中锰沉积量极显著高于Ⅰ组( P<0.01),胰脏中锰沉积量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅳ、Ⅴ组总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著或极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),丙二醛含量极显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅳ、Ⅴ组骨强度、骨重及粗灰分、钙、磷、锰含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ组( P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,适宜锰添加水平能够提高5~16周龄五龙鹅组织器官中锰沉积量,提高机体抗氧化能力,促进胫骨发育,建议饲粮锰添加水平为90~120 mg/kg。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of manganese on serum biochemical indexes, tissue manganese deposition, antioxidant ability and tibia development of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 16 weeks, and to find the appropriate supplemental level of manganese in Wulong geese diets.A total of 360 five-week-old Wulong geese with similar average body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate ( half male and half female) .Geese in the groups were fed the basal diet ( manganese content was 20.00 mg/kg) supplemented with 0 ( group Ⅰ) , 30 ( group Ⅱ) , 60 ( group Ⅲ) , 90 ( groupⅣ) , 120 ( groupⅤ) and 150 mg/kg ( groupⅥ) manganese, respectively.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows:1) there were no significant effects on alkaline phosphatase activity, triglyceride and total cholesterol contents in serum among all groups ( P〉0.05) .2) The serum, heart and liver manganese deposition in groups ⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ( P〈0.01) , and the pancreas manganese deposition in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ ( P〈0.05) .3) The total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxides activity in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in groupⅠ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) , while the malondialdehyde content was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0.05) .4) The bone strength, bone weight and the contents of ash, calcium, phosphorus and manganese in groupsⅣandⅤwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) .In conclusion, dietary manganese at appropriate supplemental level can improve tissue deposition, antioxidant ability, and promote the tibia development of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 16 weeks, and the optimal supplemental level of manganese is 90 to 120 mg/kg.
