脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇吸附剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Deoxynivalenol Adsorbent on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Intestinal Morphology of Weaner Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇( deoxynivalenol,DON)污染饲粮中添加DON吸附剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响。选取120头(36±4)日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为3组(每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪),分别为阴性对照( NC)组、DON组(阳性对照)、DON+吸附剂( DON+AD)组,试验期28 d。结果表明:1)试验1~14 d,DON组较NC组平均日增重(ADG)下降21.24%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)上升15.15%(P<0.05);DON+AD组较DON组ADG提高17.11%(P<0.05),F/G下降10.53%(P<0.05)。试验15~28 d及试验全期各组间ADG和平均日采食量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2) DON组较NC组血清总蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量显著上升(P<0.05),DON+AD组较NC组血清葡萄糖、尿素氮含量显著下降(P<0.05)。3) DON组较NC组血清肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),而加入吸附剂后血清肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性则恢复到正常水平。4) DON组较NC组空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度分别下降21.18%和17.97%(P<0.05), DON+AD组较DON组空肠绒毛高度增加16.49%( P<0.05)。因此,DON污染饲粮降低了试验1~14 d断奶仔猪的生长性能,添加DON吸附剂能够改善DON对断奶仔猪生长性能的不利影响,并缓解DON对断奶仔猪所产生的肠道损伤。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of deoxynivalenol ( DON) adsorbent on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and intestinal morphology of weaner piglets fed DON-contaminated diets.One hundred and twenty weaner piglets at (36±4) days of age were randomly allocated to 3 groups (4 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate): negative control ( NC) group, DON group ( positive control) and DON+adsorbent ( DON+AD) group.The trial lasted for 28 days.Results showed as follows:1) on 1 to 14 days of experiment, compared with NC group, average daily gain ( ADG) in DON group was reduced by 21.24%( P〈0.05) and feed/gain ( F/G) was increased by 15.15%( P〈0.05) .ADG in DON+AD group was higher by 17.11%than that in DON group ( P〈0.05) and F/G was lower by 10.53%than that in DON group ( P〈0.05) .On 15 to 28 days of experiment and during the whole trial period, ADG and average daily feed intake were no significant differences among all groups ( P〈0.05) .2) Compared with NC group, the serum total protein content in DON group was significantly decreased ( P〈0.05) and glucose content was significantly increased ( P〈0.05) .In DON+AD group, serum glucose and urea nitrogen contents were significantly decreased compared with NC group ( P〈0.05) .3) Compared with NC group, the serum activities of creatine kinase (CK) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) were significantly increased (P〈0.05), while after adding the adsorbent, the serum activities of CK, GPT and glutamic-oxal( o) acetic transaminase ( GOT) were returned to normal level.4) Compared with NC group, the villous height and villous height/crypt depth of jejunum in DON group were decreased by 21.18%and 17.97%( P〈0.05) , respectively, and DON+AD group had a 16.49%higher jejunum villous height than DON group (P〈0.05).It is concluded that the growth performance of piglets fed DON-contaminated diets on 1 to 14 days of experiment is reduced, while DON adsorbent may improve the growth performance of weaner piglets and can alleviate intestine damage induced by DON.
