摘要 战争环境的多样化和伪装技术的发展,促使具有多波段探测功能的新型光学仪器的发展,多波段减反射膜应运而生。根据多波段减反射膜的实际要求,阐述了基于渐变折射率的多波段减反射膜的设计原理,给出了用高低两种折射率材料的膜系初始结构。简要分析了膜系厚度和层数对光学性能的影响,应用光学薄膜设计软件进行了优化。对ZnS、YF3膜料进行了工艺试验,考虑了多波段减反射膜的抗环境性能,最后给出了实际的研制结果。 The development of new optical instruments with multiband detect function is researched by the diversification of war environment and the progress of camouflage technique. The multiband anti-reflection coating is produced for them. According to the practical needs, the design principle of the multiband anti-reflection coating based on graded-index is expounded and the elementary film structure using two materials with different refractive index is given in the thesis. Moreover, the influence of the film thickness and layer on optical characteristics is analyzed, and the coating is optimized by using the design software. A technical test for film of ZnS and YF3 was administered. Finally, considering the environment-resistant capability of the multiband anti-reflection coating, the result is educed.
