摘要 液晶微透镜是一种利用电光效应来改变透镜折射率空间分布和微电子技术工艺制作的新型微透镜,是结合了微透镜技术和液晶良好电控特性的新型光学微纳器件。液晶微透镜具有尺寸微小,焦距可调等优点,在微光学系统和微光机电系统中具有广阔的应用前景。简要概述了液晶微透镜的基本原理和几种典型液晶微透镜类型,包括液晶(LC)和聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)透镜的发展,阐述了液晶微透镜的研究现状以及研究发展趋势。 Liquid crystal micro-lens is a kind of novel optical-electrical micro-nano devices which combines the micro-lens fabrication techniques and good opto-electrical characteristic of liquid crystal material. When applying with the external voltage, the refractive index distribution of material can be changed. The liquid crystal micro-lens has a broad application prospect especially in micro-optics systems and micro-opto-electro-mechanical systems due to tiny size and adjustable focal length. Basic principle and some typical liquid crystal micro-lens including polymer dispersed liquid crystal lens have been presented. An overview of recent activities in the area of the liquid crystal micro-lens has been given, and then the development tendency in near future has been predicted.
