摘要
BCTMP制浆工艺流程长,需要控制的设备多,联锁逻辑复杂。为了减轻操作人员负荷,提升操作人员分析联锁逻辑能力,降低系统维护人员的负担,简化复杂联锁逻辑,本项目利用中控ECS-100控制系统软件AdvanTrol-Pro2.65的精灵功能、动画动能和模块功能,实现了设备操作规范化,状态监视直观化,复杂联锁逻辑可视化。
The pulp line of BCTMP is very long. A lot of equipment need to be controlled, and the equipment has many complex interlock logics. In order to reduce the load of the operator, enhance the capacity of the operator to analyze the interlock logic, lower the burden of the system maintenance staff, simplify the complex interlock logics, the smart function, the flash function and the model function of the SUPCON ECS-100 control system software AdvanTrol-Pro2.65 has been used to achieve the standardization of operation, visualization of the equipment status and complex interlock logic.
