我国民间体育组织的制度环境分析

Institutional Environment of Folk Sports Organizations in China

随着社会主义市场经济和民主政治的发展,民间体育组织的数量稳步增长,逐步成为我国迈向体育强国进程中一支不可或缺的重要中间力量。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国民间体育组织现处的制度环境予以分析,厘清目前制约民间体育组织发展的制度因素,提出健全民间体育组织的法律体系及监督机制、完善民间体育组织的配套政策、调整民间体育组织的准入标准、提高民间体育组织的自律能力等具体措施,希冀对民间体育组织的发展有所裨益。

With the development of socialist market economy and democratic politics, the number of folk sports organizations is on a steady rise and has gradually become an indispensable mainstay for China to move towards a sports power. With the aid of literature, logic analysis and other research methods, the institutional environment of folk sports organizations in China are analyzed so as to clarify the current institutional factors restricting the development of folk sports organizations. The paper puts forward a sound legal system and supervision mechanism of folk sports organizations, the supporting policies of perfecting folk sports organizations, the access standard of adjusting folk sports organizations and the measures to improve the self-discipline of folk sports organizations, in the hope of helping the development of folk sports organizations.
