摘要
为了提高学校体育教育治理水平,从治理理论的视角阐述了治理理论内涵与学校体育教育评价的关系,指出了单一治理主体下我国学校体育教育评价存在的问题,即评价指标体系不明确,难以操作;评价内容单一,忽略综合素质培养;注重整体性评价,忽略个性评价。并从政府、学校、社会3个层面分析了影响我国学校体育教育评价的因素,进而从治理角度提出了构建学校体育教育评价机制的途径,即转变政府管理职能提供制度保障、转变评价体系搭建社会参与平台、加强宣传教育激发社会参与动力。
From the perspective of governance theory, the paper conducts a research on the relationship between the connotation of governance theory and the school-based physical education evaluation in order to improve the govemance level of physical education in schools. Meanwhile it points out the problems in the evaluation because of the single administrative organization. First,the evaluation index system is not specific enough to carry out. Second, the evaluation contents are so simple as to neglect the comprehensive quality cultivation. Third, the evaluation contents care more about the integral evalu- ation than the individual evaluation. Based on the research,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the school-based physical education evaluation from the standpoint of the government, schools and society. Then it proposes such methods to con- struct the evaluation mechanism under governance theory as converting the government administrative function and providing institutional guarantee, changing the evaluation system and constructing the operation platform, promoting publicity and education as well as motivating the society to participate in the evaluation.
