摘要
运用三维影像测量技术,在比赛条件下对我国现役8名男子链球选手的旋转技术进行了运动学分析。通过与世界优秀运动员的相应技术参数对比看出:旋转过程中各圈加速节奏起伏较大,重心移动速度慢,特别是加速时机掌握不准确。同时,与身体前倾程度不够,右腿蹬伸、右脚着地不积极,着地速度慢等因素有关。明确提出身体转动节奏和链球转动节奏的问题,指出在单支撑旋转期间,运动员通过增加角速度来增加链球末端的速度,而在双支撑期间则通过延长半径来保持链球末端的速度,从而实现对器械逐渐加速作用的观点。
By using three-dimensional image measurement technique, the authors analyzed our country' s eight hammer players in the technology of active rotary under the competition condition. Through comparing their technology to the world elite athletes the authors found that each circle rotating accelerating rhythm of ups and downs is bigger, and the center of gravity is moving slowly and especially accelerating time is not accurate. At the same time, the degredd of the body leaning forward is not enough, fight leg stretched tread is not active, fight foot touch the ground was slow and other factors. This article clearly points Out the problem of body turning rhythm and hammers rotation rhythm and points out that during the single support rotating, athletes rely on increasing the angular velocity to increase the speed of the end of hammer throw, while during the double support athletes rely on extending the radius to keep the speed of the end of hammer throw so as to realize the instrument gradually accelerating effect point of view.
