摘要 传统高压交流电源通常由高频交流(HF)变压器、整流滤波电路和逆变桥正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)主电路组成。设计高频高压变压器是传统高压交流电源设计中的难点。提出一种新型小功率高压交流开关电源设计方案,采用倍压整流技术和升压斩波(BOOST)电路实现升压,避免了设计高频高压变压器时的绝缘距离受限制、空载电流过大,高频振荡回路可靠性低等问题,简化小功率高压交流电源拓扑结构,具有设计简洁,稳定可靠的优点。 Traditional high-voltage AC power supply always consists of high frequency (HF) transformer, rectifier, filter circuit, sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) inverter. It is very difficult to design the HF transformer and it is always so heavy. This paper presents a novel structure for low power high-voltage AC power supply. With voltage doubling rectifying circuit and BOOST chopper circuit were adopted to generate high voltage. Compared with traditional design, the new structure avoids these three problems: insulation distance limit, high no-load current, low reliability of high frequency oscillation circuit. This design approach is chosen, so as to reduce the weight. It has simple structure and better stability.
