高温煤气脱氯剂的制备与结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用混合法制备了CaCO3/SrCO3双组分高温脱氯剂;探讨了焙烧温度、使用气氛对脱氯剂性能的影响,结果表明在焙烧温度为550℃、使用气氛为煤气时氯容较高;用X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、综合热分析仪(TG-DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对反应前后的脱氯剂进行了分析表征,结果表明该高温脱氯剂脱除HCl主要是化学吸附,反应后生成了CaCl2和SrCl2。 The CaCO3/SrCO3 two-component high-temperature dechlorination agent were preparation by mixing method. Calcination temperature, atmosphere effect to the performance of dechlorination agent were discussed. Results show that the chlorine content is higher when calcination temperature is 550 ℃ and environmental atmosphere is coal gas. The dechlorination agent before and after reaction were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray electron energy spectrum (XPS), thermal analysis (TG-DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the results show that the high temperature dechlorinating agent for HCl removal was mainly chemical adsorption, formed by the reaction of CaCl2 and SrCl2.
