摘要
针对长距离光线折转后光轴平行性精度较低的问题,提出了一种用于高精度折转光管的装校方法。利用数字光电自准直仪、高精度五棱镜和平面反射镜构成了光管准直光线检测系统,对折转光管进行装校。给出五棱镜光线折转的工作原理、自准直光路构建方法、光管装校方法和检测过程中可能存在的误差大小以及修正方法。通过实验证明,利用本文提出的方法及装置可使折转光管光轴平行度达到2″,避免了使用大型平面反射镜装校时,因面形因素产生的误差。检测装置简便、灵巧、精度较高。
For the lower parallel accuracy problems of long distance reflex light,in this paper,a high precision method of reflex light-tube’s assembly and calibration is introduced. The reflex light-tube is assembled and calibrated by the light detection system using the digital photoelectric autocollimator, high precision pentaprism, plane reflex mirror. The working principle of high precision pentaprism, light path building method of autocollimator, adjustment method, the possible error in detection process and correction methods are introduced. The experiments show that the optical axis parallelism of the reflex light-tube can achieve 2″by using the proposed method and device and avoide the surface error when use the large flat mirror for detection. The detection device is simple,smart and high accuracy.
