摘要
基于最大应力准则、Hashin准则、Hill-蔡强度理论、Ye-分层准则、Chang F K准则等失效准则,提出了一个新的预测含孔层合板的失效准则-混合准则。基于该准则和Hashin三维失效准则及相应的材料性能退化模型,建立适用于含孔复合材料层合板的强度分析方法。采用该方法分别对T300/BMP316和T300/KH-304两种材料的含孔层合板拉伸强度进行预测,与试验结果对比表明:T300/BMP316含孔层合板和T300/KH-304含孔层合板静强度的预测值与试验值的最大误差分别为6.28%和2.32%,初步证明了该方法的有效性与合理性,及混合失效准则的优越性。
Based on Maxinum stress criteria;Hashin criteria;Hill-Cai strength theory;delamination criteria Chang FK criteria and so on;a new criteria-hybrid criteria to predict notched composite laminated is submitted. Depend on this criteria and hashin three-dimensional failure criteria, and the cumulative damage analysis method gradually is established for the corresponding material performance degradation model which is suitable for notched composite laminated. The static strength of T300/BMP316 and T300/KH-304 notched composite laminated are predicted by using this method, respectively. For T300/BMP316 notched composite laminated the maximum error is 6.28% between the predicted values of static strength and experimental values;for T300/KH-304 notched composite laminated the maximum error is 2.32%by comparing with test results. The validity and rationality of this method are preliminarily proved;at the same time the superiority of hybrid failure criterion is reflected.
