This paper describes the application of ITSS in power enterprise and its implementation effect: A Power Supply Bureau, under the guidance of China Southern Power Grid IT construction principles, successful implements the IT service quality evaluation system in power enterprise, which includes the IT service quality evaluation metrics system, IT services quality surveillance system and IT service quality management system. The system efficiently helps company to manage and improve the IT quality services, and provides experience to China Southern Power Grid for IT operation and maintenance.
