摘要
球墨铸铁作为一种廉价的结构材料,因其良好的耐磨性、减震性、低缺口敏感性以及优良的切削加工性能和铸造性能,已广泛用于汽车、农业机械、机床、冶金机械等多个领域,具有重要的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。温度变化对球墨铸铁的塑性、韧性、耐磨性等方面影响较大。高温条件下,球墨铸铁的塑性将增强,韧性和耐磨性将降低。低温时,球墨铸铁三个指标均会下降,影响其工作性能。所以研究用于控制球墨铸铁件摩擦产生的温度防止球墨铸铁件因温度过高而老化的温控系统十分必要。
Ductile cast iron as a cheap material,because of its good wear resistance,shock absorption,and low notch sensitivity and excellent machining performance and casting performance,has been widely used in many fields of automobile,agricultural machinery,machine tools,metallurgy and machinery,which has important application value and broad application prospect.At the same time,the temperature change of ductile iron with plastic,toughness,wear resistance,impact.Under the condition of high temperature,plastic ductile cast iron will be enhanced,toughness and wear resistance will decrease.When the temperature is low,ductile iron three indexes will fall,affecting their work performance.So the research for the control of nodular cast iron friction temperature to prevent nodular cast iron and the aging temperature due to high temperature control system is very necessary.
