HPLC法测定舒肝和胃丸中橙皮苷的含量

Content Determination of Hesperidin in Shugan Hewei Pills by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱测定舒肝和胃丸中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Syncronis C18 （4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μL）,流动相为甲醇-0. 11%磷酸溶液（39∶61）,检测波长为283 nm,流速为1. 0 mL/ min,柱温为35 ℃。结果橙皮苷在9. 644 -96. 44 μg/ mL 范围内呈良好的线性关系,r =0. 999 9,平均加样回收率为99. 44%,RSD =0. 28% （n =6）。结论该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于舒肝和胃丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of hesperidin in Shugan Hewei pills by HPLC. Methods The column was Syncronis C18 （4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μL）. The mobile phase was carbinol and 0. 11% phosphate （39： 61）. Detection wavelength was 283 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The hesperidin had good linear relationship in the range of 9. 644 3 - 96. 443 6 μg/mL （ r = 0. 999 973 5）. The average recovery was 99.44%, and RSD was 0.28% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The result was accurate and reproducible. The method can be used for the quality control of Shugan Hewei pills.
