摘要
目的建立小金牛草的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对小金牛草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定芒果苷含量。结果TLC 鉴别特征明显;芒果苷在0. 103 -5. 146 μg 范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r = 0. 999 9),平均回收率为100. 29%,RSD 为1. 03%(n =6)。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于小金牛草的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Polygala arvensis Willd. Methods Polygala arvensis Willd were identified by TLC. The content of mangiferin in Polygala arvensis Willd. was determined by HPLC. Results The quality control study showed that the characteristic for the identification by TLC was distinct. The linear ranges of mangiferin was at 0. 103 -5. 146 μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 100.29% with a RSD of 1.03% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is fast, reliable, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control for Polygala arvensis Willd.
