摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定洋参保肺丸中甘草酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：C18色谱柱（5μm，4．0mm×250mm）；流动相：甲醇-0．2mol／L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（63：36：2）；流速：1．0mL／min；检测波长：250nm；柱温：30℃；进样量：10μL。结果甘草酸在0．05～1．96μg范围内线性关系良好：r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．46％，RSD为0．5％。结论本方法准确、简单、重复性好．可作为洋参保肺丸的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Glycyrrhizine in Yangshen Baofei pills by HPLC. Methods C18 was used with methanol -0.2 mol/LNH4-CH3COOH （63： 36： 2） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detective wavelength was 250 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃, and injection volume was 10 μL. Results Glycyrrhizine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05 - 1.96 μg （ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The mean recovery was 100.46% , and RSD was 0.5%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, reproducible, and can be used for the content determination of glycyrrhizine in Yangshen Baofei pills.
