小驳骨总黄酮含量测定及其提取工艺研究

Content Determination of Total Flavonoids in Herba Gendrussae

目的研究小驳骨中总黄酮的含量测定方法及其提取工艺。方法采用芦丁显色法,紫外可见分光光度建立小驳骨中总黄酮的含量;采用正交试验法优选总黄酮提取工艺。结果芦丁显色法可以准确测定小驳骨中总黄酮含量,其平均含量为4.67 mg/g;正交试验法筛选的最优提取工艺为:15倍量60%乙醇,超声提取40 min。结论紫外可见分光光度法测定小驳骨中总黄酮的含量精确科学,能很好地检测和控制小驳骨总黄酮的质量;正交验证试验结果显示次提取工艺稳定、可行。

Objective To research the content determination method and the extraction process of total flavonoids in Herba Gendrussae. Methods The chromogenic method with ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer was used to detect the content of total flavonoids in Herba Gendrussae. And the orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids. Results Rutin chromogenic method could accurately detect the content of total flavonoids, and the average content was 4.67 mg/g, the orthogonal experiment method to screen the optimal extraction process was 15 times of 60% ethanol, ultrasonic extraction for 40 min. Conclusion The chromogenic method with ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer can detect the content of total flavonoids accurately, and can be used to control the quality of Herba Gendrussae, the results of orthogonal experiment showed that the extraction technology was stable and feasible.
