转轨时期我国总需求波动的特征与机理

On the Fluctuation of General Supply and Demand During the Transitional Period in China

在我国经济转轨时期 ,经济发展存在诸多不确知和不稳定的因素 ,经济发展具有明显的过渡特征和中间色彩。许多经济现象既不同于传统的计划经济 ,又不同于规范的市场经济。在转轨时期 ,社会经济总量的变动已经不象计划经济时期那样带有强烈的人为特征 ,不再表现为一种典型的政治周期 ,但是 ,由于市场经济体制尚未完全建立起来 ,市场机制对社会总供求的调控机制尚不能充分发挥出来 ,从而总需求的变动在很大程度上仍然带有过渡色彩。

There exist many unknown and unstable factors in economic development during the period of economic turning.Many economic phenomena are different from the traditional planned economy and also different from the regulary market economy.In this period,the social economic aggregation is no longer as the the period of the planned economy.But the market mechanism which controls the general supply and demand cant bring into play because of the unsound market economic system.Therefore,the change of the general demand is still in the interim stage to a great extent.
