An Analysis on the Development Problems of China's Medium-and-small-sized Enterprises

我国小中企业在发展中既受到企业内部环境的考验 ,同时也受到来自企业外部环境的制约 ,如政策、法律保障、宏观管理不完善等。这些问题如不及早解决 ,将会严重阻碍中小企业的生存与发展 ,对我国国民经济的持续发展构成极大威胁 ,必须予以关注。

The medium-and-small-sized enterprises in China have to experience the pressures from their own internal climate as well as the constraint from the external climate,such as policies,legal guarantees and imperfect macro-management,etc.These problems will stop the subsistence and development of these enterprises unless these can be solved pefectly.So these problems should arouse general concern.
