西药联合针灸治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Western medicine combined with acupuncture for primary bile reflux gastritis

目的 探讨西药联合针灸治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年1月至2013年6月笔者所在医院门诊58例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例,对照组采用传统西药泮托拉唑、枸橼酸莫沙必利及铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗4周,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,选取足三里、阳陵泉、中脘、胃俞、脾俞、内关及公孙等穴位针灸,5次为1个疗程,共4个疗程.两组治疗结束后复查胃镜,观察两组的疗效及复发情况.结果 观察组总有效率为100.0％,复发率为10.3％,对照组总有效率为86.2％,复发率为31.0％,两组总有效率及复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 西药联合针灸的中西医结合方法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of western medicine combined with acupuncture for primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods 58 outpatients with primary bile reflus gastritis were selected from our hospital form January,2011 to June 2013 as study objects and then were divided into an observation group and a control group,29 for each group.The control group were treated with traditional medicine—pantoprazole,mosapride citrate,and Hydrotalcite Chewable Tablets—for 4 weeks.In addition,the observation group were acupunctured zusanli,yanglingquan,zhongwan,weiyu,piyu,neiguan,and gongsun 5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.After the treatment,both groups were re-checked with gastroscopy and the curative efficacies and relapses in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 100.0％ and the relapse rate was 10.3％ in the observation group,and 86.2％ and 31.0％ in the control group,with statistical differences （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Western medicine combined with acupuncture for primary bileing reflux gastritis is worth be clinically generalized.
