血府逐瘀汤对冠心病血瘀模型家兔血管活性物质的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Vasoactive Substances in Model Rabbits with Coronary Heart Disease at Stage of Blood Stasis Syndrome

摘要 通过观察血府逐瘀汤对冠心病血瘀模型家兔血管活性物质的影响,并探讨其作用机制。将32只健康家兔随机分为对照组、模型组、假手术组、中药组共4组,每组8只。模型组采用左冠状动脉放置缩窄环方法,制备冠心病血瘀模型;假手术组开胸但不放置缩窄环;中药组在模型组基础上按20g/kg每天1次灌服血府逐瘀汤,连续10d。对照组、模型组、假手术组则给予等体积生理盐水。检测血管活性物质血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、活性氧(ROS)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的水平。结果显示,与对照组比较,模型组血浆AngⅡ、ET及血清ROS水平均升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),而血清NO水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,中药组血浆AngⅡ、ET及血清ROS水平均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),而血清NO水平显著升高(P<0.01)。表明血府逐瘀汤能恢复冠心病血瘀证血管活性物质分泌水平,推测其起效部分机制可能是通过减少氧化应激反应、改善内皮功能而实现。 To observe the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on vasoactive substances in the model rabbits with coronary heart disease at the stage of blood stasis syndrome.Thirty-two healthy rabbits were ran-domly divided into control group,model group,sham-operation (sham)group and traditional Chinese med-icine(TCM)group with eight rabbits in each group.Left coronary artery implanted constrictor ring to es-tablish the model of coronary heart disease at the stage of blood stasis syndrome.The rabbits in sham-oper-ation group just opened the chest but not implanted the constrictor ring.On the basis of the model group , TCM group were intragastrically administrated (ig)with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction according to 20 g/kg, once a day for continuous ten days while the control group,the model group and the sham-operation group were ig with the same volume of normal saline,then to examine the levels of AngⅡ,ROS,NO,ET.The results showed that compared with the control group,in the model group the levels of plasma AngⅡ,ET and serum ROS all increased(P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05),while the levels of serum NO reduced significantly(P〈0.01).Compared with the model group,in TCM group,the levels of plasma AngⅡ,ET and serum ROS all reduced(P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05),while the levels of serum NO increased significantly(P 〈0.01).It was supposed that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could recover the levels of vasoactive substances in the rabbits with coronary heart disease at the stage of blood stasis syndrome and it was inferred that part of the mechanisms was that it probably reduced oxidative stress reaction and improved endothelial function.
