摘要 应用扫描电镜技术对采自驴肠道内的普通圆线虫(Strongylus vulgaris)进行观察。结果显示,虫体口领显著,2个头感器和4个亚中乳突相对较小;外叶冠由45个~52个小叶组成,小叶末端分离,分为几个小支;雄虫尾部具有发达的交合伞,生殖锥短,卵圆形,表面分布着许多圆形突起;雌虫尾部直而粗壮,尾端圆锥形,肛门横裂状,呈月牙形。 In order to describe in detail the surface features of strongyloid nematodes, Strongylus vulgaris from donkeys were observed using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the mouth collar of Strongylus vulgaris was quite developed, and two amphids and four submedian papillae were relatively short and small. The external leaf crown consists of 45-52 long and broad elements, and tips of elements are separate and divided into several small branches. The tail of male has developed copulatory bursa. Genital cone, with many small round protrusions, is relatively short and oval. The posterior end of female is straight and robust, tip of tail cone-shaped. Anal pore of female is in form of crescent.
