摘要
在有机硅树脂中引入钛元素可提高其综合性能,扩大其应用范围。含钛有机硅树脂的制备方法主要有物理共混法和化学改性法,其中物理共混法是通过添加钛白粉来制备含钛硅树脂;而化学改性法是将钛烷氧化物或纳米TiO2中的Ti原子引入Si-O-Si主链中来制备的。含钛有机硅树脂在涂料、涂层、石材保护剂和胶黏剂等方面具有广泛的应用空间。然而,其在制备方法、相关机理及应用研究方面还存在着一些问题,如纳米级含钛有机硅相体系转变机理的研究,介孔材料孔径分布与有序性等。
Silicone resin can improve its comprehensive performance,enlarge its application scope for doping titanium to it.And preparation methods of titanium-doped silicone resin mainly include physical blending method,which is that titanium dioxide by mechanical mixing is added to silicone resin and chemical modification method,which is that Ti atom from Ti-alkoxide or nano TiO2 is doped to the main chain of Si-O-Si.The extensive application space of titanium-doped silicone resin in coatings,stone protective agent and adhesives are reviewed.However,the preparation methods,related mechanism and its applications still exist issues,such as the research of phase transformation mechanism of nano titanium-doped silicone resin,pore size distribution and order of mesoporous materials,etc.
