摘要
根据长城汽车某传统车型改装成纯电动车的实际需求,及对整车控制系统的要求设计整车控制器,详细介绍电源管理、CAN通信、输入信号处理以及继电器驱动等电路的设计方法。基于双MCU的硬件设计方案增强了整车控制系统的硬件故障自诊断能力,大大提高了整车控制器的可靠性。
According to the practical need of modifying a traditional car of Great Wall Motor into an EV andthe design requirements of vehicle control system, a vehicle control unit for the EV is designed. The method ofhardware circuit design, including power management, CAN communication, input signal processing and relay driving,is described in details. The design scheme based on dual MCU enhances the hardware fault diagnostic capacity ofvehicle control unit and its reliability.
